Terms of use

You may use our apps if you can form a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use our apps only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Each of our applications serves a dedicated purpose and carries specific usage considerations:

Streamblix (Media & IPTV Player): Streamblix is a media player tool. Streamblix does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any channels, streams, or media content whatsoever. You provide your own content sources (such as playlists or portal credentials). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access any media you choose to play.

Car Dashboard (Automotive Cockpit & Launcher):

• Drive safely, always: Car Dashboard is a driving aid and glanceable display, not a substitute for driver attention. Set up destinations, playlists, and settings before moving. Always mount your phone securely where it does not obstruct your field of view, obey local traffic laws regarding mobile device use, and remain fully attentive to the road.
• Speedometer and navigation data:Speed readings, turn cues, and hazard alerts rely on GPS and third-party data providers and may lag or experience signal drops. They are provided for informational reference only. Always obey physical speed limit signs and your vehicle's speedometer.
• OBD-II vehicle telematics: Telemetry read from external OBD-II adapters is for information only. Psychelit is not liable for third-party hardware malfunctions or vehicle faults.
• Not Apple CarPlay or Android Auto: Car Dashboard is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a replacement for Apple CarPlay or Google Android Auto. It does not mirror your phone screen to an in-dash vehicle infotainment screen.

Learn to Rizz: An interactive educational tool for communication and conversation practice. Guidance and simulated scenarios are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on your compatible mobile devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the policies of the Google Play Store.

The apps, designs, source code, logos, icons, and original assets belong to Psychelit and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, resell, lease, or distribute our apps, or use them in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes upon the rights of others.

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. You can cancel active subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account settings.

Our apps and websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychelit shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our apps, driving telemetry, or third-party media sources.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychelit against any claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these terms, your content sources, or unsafe vehicle operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Psychelit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have any dispute, please reach out to us first at [email protected] so we can make a good-faith effort to resolve it directly.

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Together with our privacy policy, these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Psychelit regarding our apps.
