We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your personal data, we do not run third-party advertising tracking networks or build ad-targeting profiles, and we prioritize keeping your personal content and preferences strictly on your own device.

Psychelit is an independent mobile app studio. When this policy says we, us, or Psychelit, it means the studio that publishes the apps and operates this website, acting as the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

We build focused utilities that do not require an account to use. Here is how data is handled for each of our apps:

Streamblix (IPTV & Media Player): Streamblix is a playback tool. The playlists, stream URLs, credentials, and program guides you load are stored locally on your device and are never sent to Psychelit servers. Streamblix does not collect your location, your contacts, or your personal identity.

Learn to Rizz (Social & Conversation Coach): Your practice conversations, scenarios, and coaching progression are stored on your device or transmitted securely to AI inference providers solely to generate real-time feedback and coaching responses. We do not sell your practice chats or use them for cross-app behavioral tracking.

Car Dashboard / Cardashly (Automotive Launcher & Telematics): Designed for in-car dash mounts and driving telematics:

• Location (Precise & Approximate): Powers the live speedometer, heading, interactive maps, turn-by-turn navigation, and local weather forecasts. Location is accessed while the app is active, including in an ongoing foreground service while driving.
• Bluetooth & Connected Devices: Connects to user-paired OBD-II adapters (such as ELM327 Bluetooth devices) to read real-time vehicle telematics including speed, RPM, and engine temperature.
• Notification Access (Optional): Lets the dashboard display media information (track title, artist, playback controls) from other running audio apps (such as Spotify or YouTube Music). We do not store, read, or upload your notifications.
• Navigation & Driving Services: Map rendering and routing use Mapbox and OpenStreetMap. Optional toll estimation sends anonymized route endpoints through our server to query toll pricing providers (HERE/TollGuru) without linking to your identity. Spoken turn cues use Microsoft Azure Speech.
• Local Vehicle & Trip Data: Your saved vehicles, garage logs, trip history, and custom settings remain securely on your device.

Across our apps, we may process technical diagnostic data to keep them stable and reliable:

Crash and diagnostic reports: When an app crashes, we receive an anonymous technical report through Google Firebase Crashlytics. This includes the device model, operating system version, and a stack trace of the error to help us fix bugs.

Anonymous usage analytics:We may collect aggregate signals about which features are active via Firebase Analytics to guide product improvements. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings under Privacy > Ads. We do not show ads.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across unrelated websites or apps for behavioral advertising.

This website uses privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand aggregate page views and loading performance. We do not place advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this site.

Depending on which app you install, we request only the permissions strictly required for its core functionality:

• Network and Wi-Fi state: To stream media, fetch map tiles, load weather forecasts, and detect network connectivity.
• Notifications: To deliver navigation alerts, media playback notifications, or user-requested program reminders.
• Foreground services: To maintain background audio playback, live turn-by-turn navigation cues, or continuous OBD-II connection while you navigate.
• Location (Car Dashboard only): To display accurate speedometer readings, map position, and route guidance.
• Bluetooth (Car Dashboard only):To scan for and connect to your vehicle's OBD-II reader.
• Notification Listener (Car Dashboard only, optional): To detect active media playback for the dashboard music widget.

We share only the minimum necessary data with trusted infrastructure providers:

Google Play: Distributes our Android apps and processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. We never see or store your payment card details.

Google Firebase: Provides crash reporting (Crashlytics) and aggregate usage analytics (Analytics).

Mapbox & OpenStreetMap: Provides map tiles, search, and routing for Car Dashboard.

Vercel: Hosts our websites with cookieless performance analytics.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process data on these legal bases:

Legitimate interests: To fix crashes, maintain app security, and deliver reliable software.

Consent: For optional device permissions you grant (such as location, Bluetooth, or notifications). You can revoke consent at any time in Android settings.

Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable laws.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data associated with you, or to object to our processing. Because your playlists, vehicle garages, and trip logs reside on your physical device, you can remove them immediately by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

California residents: We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what is collected and request deletion without discrimination.

EEA and UK residents: You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.

Technical diagnostic logs are retained only as long as necessary to resolve software errors and then deleted. We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect all transmitted data, though no method of digital transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

If we update this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps or website following an update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
